DELICIOUS VEGAN SUMMER SALADS
Learn to prepare an array of delicious, healthy and easy summer vegan salads. Enjoy making refreshing dishes that will satisfy you and your family throughout the warmer weather months. You will be able to pack protein into the most enjoyable summer dishes. Eating a nutritious vegan diet, even part time, can be healthy and interesting as well as satisfying. A refreshing artichoke and rice salad and a “no-egg salad” are only two of the interesting dishes you will make. Please bring $10 for ingredients and take-home containers for leftovers.
