Description
For beginners of any age and those who need a refresher. We’ll learn fundamental knitting skills: how to choose a needle and match yarn to it; read a pattern; and do basic stiches and combinations such as knit, purl, and ribbing. Please bring a cake of smooth, solid color worsted or bulky weight yarn, and straight or circular needles size 7, 8, 9, or 10, depending on how bulky your yarn is. If circular needles, please try 24 inch. The
instructor can supply you with a ball of bulky yarn and a set of needles for $12. Class size is limited so please register early.
