Yoga – 422 Monday Evening

Yoga promotes physical and emotional well-being through postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Gentle stretching postures and relaxation practices help strengthen, tone and relax tired muscles. Breathing practices calm the nerves and increase vitality. Come to class with a light stomach, wear loose, comfortable
clothing and bring a yoga mat.
