Have you ever wanted to feel more confident and protect yourself and others? There are techniques you can learn to be safe in the event of an attack. Master the basics of punching, kicking, blocking and looking for a way out of a dangerous situation. You just have to be willing to learn and think a bit. There is a lot you can do to keep yourself safe. You’ll have some fun and you’ll work up a sweat. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. A yoga mat for stretching is optional.
