Join Chef Doug for a hands-on cooking class, Moroccan style. From the comfort of your own kitchen, make a delicious dinner, learning a few professional tips and tricks along the way. You will prepare a mouthwatering tagine stew (lamb, beef or chicken) served over couscous, with a side of Moroccan roasted carrots. Expect to spend about $30 for ingredients. The dishes you make serve 4-5. Recipes and ingredient lists will be sent about a week before class. Class size is limited so please register early.
