Italy’s twice-baked cookie, dating from the 14th century, has become a baking standard. We’ll create a batch from an Italian grandmother’s recipe. In this demonstration class, you will learn to prepare the dough and bake this flavorful, crunchy cookie everyone will enjoy. Bring a small container/plastic bag to take home a sample. Tuition includes the materials fee.
