Learn how to make your own all-natural body scrub! This class for beginners will teach the fundamentals of this popular aromatherapy, including different types of body scrubs and products used, and you will take home a body scrub you made yourself.
BREAKING HABITS, CHANGING BEHAVIOR
We all get entrenched in our behavior. When you want or need to change, you don’t have to rely on will power alone; you can ease the process by breaking behaviors into bite-sized bits, defining your aspirations, and developing mental fitness to make steady, consistent progress toward your goals.
Bridge: Play and Learn
This course is for bridge players who want to improve their game. Each class will begin with a brief lesson on some aspect of bidding or play.
CANDLE MAKING FOR BEGINNERS
Learn candle making hands-on and get instruction on candle safety, marketing, and creativity in the craft industry. We’ll explore the basics of the popular soy wax method and discuss other waxes as well.
Chair Yoga (Daytime) – 418
This class is for those who want the benefits of yoga but are unable to get down to the floor. Chair yoga is done while sitting and/or standing next to a supporting chair. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
EZ Zumba
Join the fitness party! Zumba is the hottest workout around! This dance/ fitness class emphasizes low-impact aerobics so you won’t even know you’re exercising.
Full Body Workout
Come have fun while toning and shaping your body. This one hour workout will include a warm up, full body conditioning and core strength, plus a stretch cool down.
