This class is for those who want the benefits of yoga but are unable to get down to the floor. Chair yoga is done while sitting and/or standing next to a supporting chair. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

This adaptation of classical yoga is designed to accommodate those who, for ANY reason, prefer not to practice on the floor.
COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE/HEALING
Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) includes practices such as massage, tai chi, herbal medicine, art or music therapy. Some, such as essential oils, can be very costly. Others, such as meditation, are free. You will learn what the terms mean, how much you can expect to spend for various therapies, and whether they should be delivered by a professional or can be pursued on your own.

Join the fitness party! Zumba is the hottest workout around! This dance/ fitness class emphasizes low-impact aerobics so you won’t even know you’re exercising.
Full Body Workout
Come have fun while toning and shaping your body. This one hour workout will include a warm up, full body conditioning and core strength, plus a stretch cool down.
