Kickbox Cardio Boot Camp

Looking to “shred” calories, build muscle and challenge your inner warrior? Then enlist here for a workout that combines kickboxing and boot camp techniques with a dash of Tabata training. All of this is presented in a High Intensity Interval training or HIIT format. The upper calorie burn could be from 800 to 900 calories. Your ultimate fitness challenge is waiting for you.
