Join instructor Vivianna Calabria for this one-night-only demonstration class. We’ll make a classic Italian meal of lasagna, steamed artichokes, and tiramisu. Our class will cover ingredients, preparation, and cooking; the cultural background of the dishes; and of course the best part: serving it up and enjoying some together. Please be advised that pork is used in the lasagna and dairy in the tiramisu, and bring $10 for ingredients. Class size is limited to 10.
