Full Body Workout

Have fun while toning and shaping your body. This one hour workout will include a warm up, full body conditioning and core strength, plus a stretch cool down. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. This is a judgment-free zone! Please have a mat, water and light weights if you have them. If you do not have weights, you can use your own body resistance.
