Full Body Workout

Have fun while toning and shaping your body. This one hour workout will include a warm up, full body conditioning and core strength, plus a stretch cool down. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. It’sm a judgment-free zone! Please bring a mat and water. Bring light weights if you have them. If you do not have weights, you can use your own body resistance.
