Want to have fun while getting some exercise? Social Dance gives you physical activity, social interaction and mental stimulation. This class is perfect for beginners or for more experienced dancers who want to sharpen their moves. Dances will include merengue, cha cha, salsa, foxtrot, waltz and swing. Partners are recommended but not required.
