Learn to play indoor bocce, an Italian bowling game dating from early Roman times. It is a great way to have fun and meet new friends. In this course, you will learn how to put together and set up a bocce court, the rules of a bocce meet, and various strategies to succeed in the sport, as well as developing leadership and teamwork skills. Cardio and stretching activities will be included in the warm up and cool down portions of each class session.
