Description
Zinfandel, the (almost) All-American wine! This class will explore the wonders of Zinfandel, once considered America’s signature wine, from its “immigration” in the early 1800’s to the popular White Zin of today. The tasting will focus on “real” or red Zinfandel, which is a great choice for chilly winter days and fancy holiday feasts. This class is for wine fans of all levels. No food will be served, so make sure to eat something in advance. Please bring at least two wine glasses and a bottle of water. Tuition includes the cost of all wine.
