In this demonstration class, we’ll make Anelletti al Forna, a classic Sicilian baked pasta from Palermo. It features tiny ring-shaped pasta (anelletti) coated in a rich meat ragù, tossed with sweet peas and cubed cheeses, then baked until a crispy, golden crust forms. We will make biscotti for dessert.
